As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving a reason. This period begins on the day after receipt of the product.

The costs for returning products are borne by the consumer, unless the product does not correspond to what was agreed or we have indicated that we will bear the costs.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used to pay.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or refund the purchase amount, at no extra cost to you.
Plants are living products and can be sensitive to transport and changes in environment. We guarantee the quality of our plants upon delivery. For problems with plants after delivery, contact us within 7 days to discuss a solution.
